East West Paradise was established in 1996 with the objective of bringing ethical business practices, dynamism and vigour to the overseas employment endeavours of Bangladesh.
To pursue this aim, East West Paradise secured a Recruiting Agency Licence from the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Aware of the modern requirements of this trade in the face of international competition, the company has organized itself with adequate infrastructure to meet them. It is well organized and properly oriented in the manpower export trade, with facilities carefully developed for the mobilisation and selection of the required number of different categories of workers, as per the requirements of overseas employers.
Bangladesh is working hard to export its surplus workforce to the international labour market so that its nationals are productively employed. With a vast reservoir of human resources but limited other resources, manpower export is especially significant for Bangladesh: it provides employment to millions of unemployed workers and earns the foreign exchange the country needs for its development.

We manage visa applications, employment contracts and Power of Attorney formalities, in full compliance with the rules of BMET and the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment (MoEWOE).
Pre-departure orientation and counselling
Candidates receive briefings on workplace safety, cultural adaptation, labour rights and country-specific guidelines, helping them adjust quickly and perform well abroad.
Ticketing, immigration and travel assistance
